The CHATHAM is located on the edge of historic Gulfport, Florida and is surrounded by great neighborhoods and scenic views. We are nestled in the Town Shores of Gulfport Complex.  One of eighteen buildings that are part of the over 55+ community. We are a pet freindly building (under 20 lbs). There are tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, and bocce. Town Shores Clubhouse has a billiards room, resident library, and meeting spaces. They also offer yoga with other classes, a weekly bingo night and periodically dinners with dancing. There are four pools to choose from, all accessible to residents of Town Shores with ID tags

The city of Gulfport is just a block away. There you will find the beach on Boca Ciega Bay, Williams Pier, as well as volleyball courts next to the Casino (under renovation after the 2024 hurricane season). If it is food and music you are looking for, then look no farther. Gulfport has a diverse selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and places with live entertainment. 

Just over a few blocks, is the Gulfport Senior Center. There is no fee for residents to enroll, and the center offers many types of services, trainings and entertainment. Attached to the center is the Catherine A. Hickman Theater that offers concerts, recitals and theater productions.
